At Synergy Lab Solutions, LTD, refunds are handled at our discretion and may be subject to administrative and processing fees. Please note that deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.

For cancellations after a full payment has been made, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for after-birth DNA testing, while a $200 non-refundable fee will be charged for non-invasive prenatal testing cancellations.

Refunds will not be provided once services are completed or if your DNA kit or materials have already been shipped.

If a cancellation is requested more than 48 hours after payment, full refunds are no longer available. A cancellation fee of $75 will be deducted if an appointment is canceled after this 48-hour window. In cases where Synergy Lab Solutions requires a sample recollection and the participant cannot or does not wish to comply, no refund will be given, but the test can be rescheduled.

Turnaround times for DNA and drug testing services are provided at the time of testing. While results may be delivered sooner, delays beyond the estimated timeline can sometimes occur. Once the testing process has started, no refunds will be issued.
